Strongest wind area of typhoon

Regarding the wind distribution in the

typhoon

circulation, there is a method in the aviation industry. The typhoon wind circle is divided into two in the forward direction, that is, two semicircles.  The semi-circle is called "dangerous semi-circle", while the left semi-circle is called "navigable semi-circle", which means that when sailing ships cannot avoid the storm circle, they should try to sail the boat within the navigable semi-circle, that is, the area with relatively weak wind.  Never sail in a dangerous semicircle.  This division also applies to land.

It can also be divided into half within the semi-circle.  The first half of the right semicircle, the first quadrant in mathematics, is the strongest wind area, the second quadrant of the second half is the second strong wind area, and the third strong wind area is the first half of the northern semicircle, that is, the third quadrant, and the second half is left.  The fourth quadrant is of course the weakest wind zone.
